The nose is complex and developed with lemon sorbet, ripe apples, and sweet buttery pastries indicating long ageing on the yeast lees. On the palate the wine is rich and full but with bracing acidity giving balance. Layers of flavour and creamy texture. Lingering finish. Mature, but with years to go. Gorgeous wine ! "
