Rachel graduated with a master's in Chemistry (Heriot Watt University) and a post graduate degree in Sensory Science (University of Nottingham). She worked as a Flavour Specialist for the University of Nottingham before joining Warner's Distillery as their Liquid Innovation Manager. She currently works for Diageo as a Liquid Subject Matter Expert.
