From
Walker Bay, South Africa
Tasting Note
" A lean and crisp style, this has a great deal of minerality, not too dissimilar to Chablis. It is elegant with green fruit, quince and a flinty, mineral scent. The palate is crisp and citrus-fruit-driven, with an almost saline, zesty grapefruit-peel edge. There is an elegant and very subtle use of oak supporting the purity of fruit and freshness of this wine. "
