Dark amber in colour with hues of rich deep gold. Incredibly pronounced first aromas with lots of fresh honey, plenty of candied lemon peel and an entire cabinet of sweet wood spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa powder. The palate reflects the nose brilliantly with apricot jam and tropical fruits. This is a seriously long aged product with much to offer.
