" A red berry nose with cinnamon spices and freeze dried strawberries dipped in white chocolate are the starter for a main course palate of baked plums with hoisin sauce, a hint of wasabi spice and some red wine notes. The finish gives increased spices of clove and ginger and an underlying sweetness. "
