Tasting Note
" A sweet smoke, sweet cure bacon and param ham saltiness lead to a palate of bacon bits, pulled pork in a light brioche bun. Vanilla leads the charge on the palate with heather smoke, and more delicate sweet peat. The finish is cigar smoke and sweet brown sugar. "
