Tasting Note
" The nose gives wafts of rich bluebird toffee, almond paste, broth and a sweet builders tea. On the palate there is apricots, peach melba and the burnt top of a crème brûlée. With these notes lingering on the finish there is room for thyme and basil to appear as well. "
