" Straw yellow shading with gold hues. Nice fast bead of silvery bubbles. Lovely rich white peach and quince aromas, with lemon biscuit and crème anglaise, also a hint of roasting nuts. Full and rich in the mouth, the mousse is divine and lasting. Fresh crisp acidity and a very long finish, I would love to see this wine in a few years time! "
