" Lemon curd and flint aromas on this straw yellow wine. Bright flavours in the mouth, taut and nervy, acidity to the fore but the palace has a soft mineral undertow which complements the citrus elements beautifully and adds a richness to the whole. Very clever handling in the winery here resulting in a very sexy wine. "
