" Dark core with wide, blue/purple rim. Very unusual and expressive nose with diverse characters that actually make a very attractive whole. Cherry, strawberry, dark fruits and spice feature on the nose and the same flavours explode onto the palate. Lots of life and vigour with layers of rich, red fruit character. Soft but lively flow with sweet, supple tannins. Long, full, aromatic finish. Good now but gorgeous with five or more years. "
