Merger promises new 'big data era' for the wine industry
One of the US’s most popular consumer sites, Wine Folly, has merged with the Global Wine Database (GWDB) and unveiled plans to make big data about wine accessible to the industry. Wine Folly has been recognised by the International Wine and Spirit Competition twice, with Puckette winning IWSC Wine Blogger of the Year in 2013 and being named as this year’s IWSC Wine Communicator of the Year, revealed last month.
