Historically associated with shots, tequila and mezcal are now much sought-after spirits, amongst bartenders and consumers, for making longer drinks.
With the rise in popularity of tequila & tonic and mezcal & tonic, Agave & Tonic is one of our newer categories. A specialist judging panel will assess how well each spirit (or low or lighter alcohol alternative) pairs with Franklin & Sons Tonic Water.

As consumers' appetite for longer drinks with lower ABVs continues to grow, so does the rise in popularity of whisky highballs. No longer a drink only meant to be enjoyed neat, whisky has evolved into a bartender's dream, with the whisky highball still able to perfectly showcase the quality of a whisky, but as a drink to be savoured for longer.

Rum, in particular premium and spiced rum, has enjoyed an increase in value sales and is now at the heart of a burgeoning cocktail trend.
