Tasting Note
" The nose suggests a rich and spicy whisky. It has dates, ginger and spicy oak notes, with a bit of sponge cake and custard. Later, treacle and toffee join the carnival of puddings, all topped with a fine selection of dried fruits. There's a lovely Sherry cask influence and a sweet and well-aged start, ending up in a long and spicy finish, with some dry and refreshing flavours. "
