From
Midleton, Republic of Ireland
Tasting Note
" It starts with inviting aromas of demerara sugar, malt biscuits and pancakes. Later toffee, sweet buttered brioche and caramel joins in. The palate shows some spicy, mature oak notes and it is well focused and elegant for such a high alcohol level. "
