From
Islay, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Damson jam on the nose with a hint of plum chutney and toasted coconut. There is also some oyster mushrooms and truffle notes which give body and structure. There is age on the palate, with more the drying notes of sandalwood, oak and incense sticks. Fennel on the finish, this tastes and acts like an old whisky, giving an overall impression of a vintage leather bag shop in a Marrakech market. "
