Tasting Note
" Deep brown oak in colour with a bronze edge. The nose certainly has a maderized tone, with sharp lifted resinous characters an pithy citrus notes. The follows initially in the mouth, bright bracing acidty on the attack but then this utterly metamorphosizes into something quite different, with dried orange peel, dates, figs raisns, basalmic notes, coffee and bitters. What an astonishing taste sensation! Starts like a madeira and ends like an oloroso! "
