From
South West, England
Tasting Note
" Pale gold colour, continuously rising small bubbles. Complex aromatics, apple and nectarine accented by toasty autolysis. Palate is nicely integrated, creamy-textured mousse and racy acidity supporting lovely flavours. Savoury finish. Delicious now, but will keep. "
