Tasting Note
" Pale lemon-green colour with lingering streams of small bubbles. The aromas have noticeable fresh yeast, lemon custard and apple. The palate is delicate and elegant, the slight sweetness flattering and well-integrated. Depth of pineapple, other tropical fruit and greengage flavours balanced by fresh acidity and a fine mousse texture. Quietly exotic. Somehow very British in being quite restrained in style. Lovely wine. "
