2022 Wine Judging: deliberations from our first day of judging in South Africa
This week, members of the IWSC’s expert judging panels are in South Africa, tasting hundreds of wines from across the country. Plenty of sparkling potential for emerging regions, but gold medals this year for wines from England, France and Italy
2022 was the first year the IWSC curated specially selected panels of sparkling wine experts which were led by Master of Wine and champagne and sparkling wine expert, Essi Avellan.
