Tasting Note
" New oak is the first note out the glass, with a hint of beef and some beer-batter notes. The spices are hidden but reveal themselves over time. The flavours in the palate are of weak tea with sugar, some cinnamon and nutmeg and a bite of bitter cherry. The finish follows the same route with a medium spice and length to it. "
