From
Madeira, Portugal
Tasting Note
" Lovely colour of deep amber with a polished cherrywood centre. Smokey salted pecans, candied angelica, dried figs, liquorice and caramelised oranges with bitter chocolate and a whiff of rubber. The salty/sweetness in the mouth is a delight and dances with the tangy/balsamic elements. Its too complex for the word pure, but pure delight it is. A time capsule of delight. "
