From
Cava Doc, Spain
Tasting Note
" Pale straw yellow, with a bright silvery bead. Autolytic aromas of brioche and rising bread mingle with ripe peach and guava scents. The wine has some excellent mature notes in the mouth: a drizzle of stem ginger, creamy custard and white mushroom. The citrus acidity keeps the flow fresh and vibrant. The wine has reached a stage where the flow is a little more mellow and honeyed across the tongue. A long, relaxed bubbly finish. "
