Tasting Note
" Yellow straw colour with a moonlight silver flow of bubbles. Bold aromatics, raspberry mille fueille, truffle, dried zest of blood oranges, yuzu, roasting chestnuts, flinty minerality and a sapid sea breeze tang. Gloriously rich, smoky hot stone aromas, vanilla, truffle, with a soy like umami whisper. The bubbles are superbly energetic and well defined, the structure well fleshed, with very firm acidic/mineral bones. Beautifully toned with excellent pinot weight and chardonnay elegance. Seems almost too perfect, but this really is only the start. "
