Tasting Note
" Bright, clear amber. A rare chance to taste a wine of such maturity, and be utterly amazed by its staying power, vigour and freshness; but this is made from Malvasia di Candia, renowned for its longevity and here's an example living up to its fame. The nose has marmalade, raisins and barley sugar with flashes of tobacco and a balsamic note. Good concentration on the palate where the sweetness is in perfect balance with the alcohol, and is very luscious and persistent. "
