Tasting Note
" Bright, pale gold. Nose leads with floral notes of honey suckle followed by quince, melon and various citrus. Smooth and gentle entry yet with lively acidity on the palate. Rich flavours yet great balance and poise. Notable minerality and depth with lovely concentration. Long lasting finish. Delightful now as summer quaffer yet has ability to develop with a few years into more serious wine. "
