Tasting Note
" Burning hurricane lamp wicks in colour, with a nose of gooseberry and massive floral notes of orchid, sunflowers and ghee. The palate gives bacon rind and parmesan with a malty note of digestive biscuits. The finish is plum chutney with and oak bitterness and freshly turned moss. "
