Steph DiCamillo's journey in hospitality began many many years ago in her hometown of Mt. Holly, NJ, USA, working at a local restaurant. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, and gained experience in various roles within large hotels. A chance move to New York City sparked her passion for the cocktail industry, leading her to work at American Whiskey, a bustling bar in Midtown Manhattan.

Before moving to London with her husband, Steph immersed herself in the high-paced NYC bar scene. She briefly attended law school but returned to her true calling in hospitality and drinks. In London, she worked for Atom Brands as the Global Advocacy Manager and was recognized as the Boutiquey Gin Ambassador, earning the title of Icons of Gin, Ambassador of the Year 2019. She also gained experience at the East London cocktail bar Bad Sports and a West London pub. She’s probably the only American you’ll meet who can make a great cocktail and change a cask ale barrel.

In 2021, Steph founded Cocktails by Mail, the only cocktail delivery company with 100% plastic free packaging. Today, she owns Wine & Such in Lewisham, London, a neighborhood wine shop where it's about the wine, not the label. She also is a regular judge for many of the global spirits competitions.

When Steph is not working, you can find her in the kitchen, traveling to discover new foods and trends, or sanding furniture on her rooftop. Her favourite spirits are in no particular order- mezcal, American whiskey, gin, and tequila. Sherry will always take top place in her heart though.
