Tasting Note
" It has a perfumed nose with the fragrance of jasmine and vanilla and green tea notes. The rancio quality and sweet sour balance shows a nice ageing. Baked apples appear on the palate along wood and spices. The wood is smooth, and well integrated. It is long and complex on the finish. Adding water enhances the tasting experience and lifts the tea and candied tropical fruit notes. "
