From
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Tasting Note
" Dark black cherry colour, red rim. Dark umami aromas and flavours, dried fruits, olives, iodine, walnut and cassis with menthol notes. The palate is surprisingly soft and fruity, nice loose tannins and enough acidity to keep it all moving along. The finish is gentle, fruity/savoury and very long. "
