Kent, England
Tasting Note
" Watery pale lemon with silvery flashes. Good continuous bead and frothy mousse. White flowers (lemon blossom and elderflowers) complicate the nutty yeasty autolytic notes. Brioche, citrus zest with a hint of cream. Palate has good breadth, dry and crisp with a soft centre and a tight, very long finish. "
