Tasting Note
" Deep toffee notes on the nose, with elements of dark tea and just a hint of coffee. Ginger is also present. The palate is sweet with crystallised ginger coming through, earthen floor and lavender notes. The finish has a good level of oak in it, which is surrounded by runny honey and green tea. "
