" Bold and vibrant with attractive earthy notes marking the nose, intertwined with dark chocolate, pickles and savoury tones. The palate reveals fruitier flavours of figs and plums, upon an umami backbone. Nutty and toasty too, with some lovely sesame characters and toasted barley. All culminating in a delightful espresso and chocolate finish. Glorious! "
