Tasting Note
" Pale lemon gold wth a fast sparkling bead. Chardonnay aromas dominate, with lemon biscuit and dry cracker, following with a hint of red fruits and truffle. Dry and rich in the mouth, excellent autolytic characters and tight grippy acidity support a line of minerality and some evolution of flavours. But it is the elegant finish where this wine really excels, long beautiffully drawn out flavours echo in the mouth. Absolutely excellent. "
