" Deep oak brown with amber glints. Very articulate nose, like an old fashioned Speakeasy, with smoky cigar notes, espresso, chocolate, crushed walnuts, raisins, and a subtle but intense sweet fruit nose which perfumes the whole. Tasting this is also very enticing. The dried and fruit compote notes, figs, prunes, combine with dark treacle, morello cherry and dried citrus touches. The dense savoury and spice elements linger wonderfully. Succulent, decadent, and all mine! "
