Tasting Note
" Elderflowers and honey are on the nose here setting the scene for a summery dram which adds levels of cream soda, whipped butter and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. On the palate, the flavours are well balanced with more honey, some bitter almond oil balancing out the sweetness and then a big hit of the cream soda. The finish is long with a hint of oak and some pine notes. "
