Tasting Note
" Warm amber glowing colour. Quince and apricot jam, with warm woody notes, bergamot and dried apple. A bite of citrus starts the palate, followed with roast nuts and dried honeycomb. This is medium dry but with so much going on in the mouth you are taken from dry to sweet and then back again and end up somewhere in the middle. This could only be a Madeira, a Verdelho. Sit back and enjoy the ride. "
