Anna Godabrelidze is a prominent Oenologue and wine expert based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Born on July 3, 1974, she has made significant contributions to the world of viticulture and oenology. 


Anna currently serves as the Director of the Faculty of Viticulture and Oenology at the Agricultural University of Georgia and is the Chairwoman of the State Testing Commission at the National Wine Agency, under the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia.


In addition to her academic and administrative roles, she is the author and host of the TV show "All about wine with Anna Godabrelidze." Anna is also the Director-Owner of the Georgian Wine School – VINEMO and the owner of the notable wine company, Anemo.


Anna's influence extends globally as she served as the Vice-President of the Commission BOISPI at the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) from 2016 to 2022, representing Georgia.


Anna holds a Master's degree in Law, Economics, and Management of the Wine Sector from the University of Montesquieu, Bordeaux, France, along with law and engineering degrees from Georgian universities. She is multilingual, proficient in Georgian, French, and Russian, and has an average command of English.


Anna has also left her mark in the international wine competition circuit, serving as a jury member for various prestigious events. She has co-authored publications in the wine field and is a founder member of the Young Winemakers' Union of Georgia.
