We called him Lucas, he is a French guy from Lyon, whos been working in hospitality for several years now. 


Lucas decided to join the Sommelier journey in United Kingdom four years ago and has gone from strength to strength. 


He is currently working at the Connaught hotel for the chef Hélène Darroze three Michelin stars restaurant. 


Lucas's passion is wines and spirits. His favorites being a Negroni or Martini. Alongside this passion he can also be found smoking a cigar during his cosy afternoon in London.
