IWSC 2023 Spirits Awards: Distilled spirits

The distilled spirits category was a popular one this year with our judges – with lots of innovation in the category in terms of the fruits, nuts and seeds being used to create the spirits. This was a category that had the highest percentage in terms of entrants receiving a medal, and in total received 6 Gold Outstanding medals, 17 Gold medals, 51 Silvers and 40 Bronze medals.

Due to the variety of products that can be used within this category we received entries from 26 different countries, from Mexico to Armenia, and Serbia to Sri Lanka.
