From
Valle De Parras, Coahuila, Mexico
Tasting Note
" Super ripe secondary fruit aromas mainly blackberry and mulberries. A whiff of dark chocolate and game in the background, and a hint of smoke. Sensuous and nostril filling bouquet which is followed by a sweet, concentrated rich palate, spicy and peppery, hot and very more-ish. Broad, mouthfilling flavours, generous texture and a lingering, satisfying finish. "
