Tasting Note
" Luminous straw yellow in colour with green flashes. A smoky start to the nose, struck match and bacon which swiftly turns to stone fruits, guava, nuts and a sprinkle of lime/lemon. It flows smoothly in the mouth, the high pitched acidity in absolute balance. Very complete. The palate is pure Margaret River, unmistakeable in profile. "
