Tasting Note
" Huge notes of sherry come first out of the glass, with a thick layer of treacle toffee, blackcurrants and a curious note of mint, which adds some freshness to the oak spices. The palate starts off with salted liquorice, and moves into blackberry jam doughnuts, damp hedgerows and light lavender. The finish gives off some fruity notes of blackcurrant cordial and oak dryness with a hint of red wine in there too. "
