Grantley Hall
Andreas Rosendal is currently working as a wine expert, and as a mentor for students of culinary arts at Örebro University in Sweden.
After studying wine at Grythyttan’s School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts in Sweden, he moved to the London in 2010 and has since worked in some of the finest restaurants in the country, including the two Michelin-starred restaurants of Whatley Manor, The Greenhouse Restaurant, and Restaurant Sat Bains.
In 2021, he became a WSET Diploma holder in Wines and Spirits, and is currently preparing for his Master Sommelier exam.
Andreas has been judging wines for the IWSC since 2019.
