From
Andalusia, Spain
Tasting Note
" Highly polished old golden oak, with gold and bronze streaks. The nose sings of class and breeding. Wonderful, fully mature aromas. Gorgeous warm Madagascar spices, plump raisins, date pudding with toffee sauce, oolong tea; the oak has wedded itself into the structure but still has a firm presence in the mouth. The medium acidity is surprisingly fresh and vivid. Velvety, savoury mouthfeel; the deep-set flavours carry power over the palate and glide purposefully to extend the amazing finish. This great wine hails from ancient origins and truly defines the style. "
