From
Coonawarra, Australia
Tasting Note
" Immediately forthcoming on the nose is the cedary new oak with nuances of forest fruit and chocolate, and a whiff of mint chocolate chips. The palate is grippy, beefy, firmly structured and taut, offering savoury, peppery notes of licorice and dried fruit, dry, chunky and mouth coating texture. There is evident scope for further ageing.
