Campania, Italy
Tasting Note
" Very dark core with crimson rim. Evolved bouquet with good, slightly pungent oak notes, lifted by alcohol, featuring dried mushrooms and nutmeg. The palate, rich and ripe, has tertiary fruit development, well framed by a tannic structure; truffles, leathery, coating palate. Classy Aglianico, assertive and as firm as steel, with great definition and length. "
