From
Cava Doc, Spain
Tasting Note
" This is full straw colour and has good complex maturity on the nose, where the Macabeo's varietal character is evident and well expressed. It's a medley of earthy, toasty tones with baked apples and nice autolitic style. Full bodied palate, just off dry and with the texture of grainy pears. Very distinctive and individual style. "
