From
Rioja Doca, Spain
Tasting Note
" Deep golden core, shading to straw. This is like walking into a boot room: scented polish, with lemony whiffs. Candlewax, old church smells, dried flowers, fading myrrh, old deeply polished woods. And then there's oak. This is the backbone and corset of this style. The oxidative fruit drapes itself and the mouthfeel is languid, with just a pithy pinch keeping everything on its toes. Good style, with a long, evolved finish. "
