From
Midleton, Republic of Ireland
Tasting Note
" A really complex nose of meaty duck and with sweet orange sauce, followed by a dish of Crepe Suzette and triple sec. The palate is light with a touch of oaky bitterness giving rise to strawberry sherbet which gives body and room for spices to appear. The finish is all cloves and spices and is very dry. "
