Tasting Note
" Sea salted caramel and touches of smoke and present, but they are the support to the main act of old oak, vintage brogues and woollen blankets. Very homely indeed. The palate is exceptionally oily with big notes of oak and fruit, the oak coming first with the red apple fruits a little behind. The finish is very dry with hints of red berries and lots of oak sweetness and some big spices. "
